A Jungian & Polyvagal-Informed Approach to Coaching and Well-being

I am Andreja Borin, a Jungian Life Coach, Polyvagal-Informed practitioner, and author with over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, now dedicated to guiding individuals in personal growth and self-discovery. My journey has taken me across the USA and UK, working in fitness, nutrition, sports therapy, and alternative practices such as Reiki and mindfulness. Through this work and my academic pursuits, I have come to understand that true well-being is a synergy of mind, body, and spirit. This has shaped my holistic, science-backed approach, blending Jungian depth psychology, Polyvagal Theory, and neuroscience to support individuals in building resilience and authentic self-leadership.

My path to coaching and personal development was deeply influenced by my own healing journey. I recognise that not all wounds are visible—some of the most profound struggles are felt deep within. This realisation has fuelled my commitment to helping others navigate physical and emotional challenges with deeper self-awareness, clarity, and confidence. In my private coaching practice, I work with remote professionals, business leaders, athletes, and individuals striving for a healthier, more grounded, and fulfilling life. My approach integrates Jungian Life Coaching and Polyvagal Theory, recognising that nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and the exploration of unconscious patterns are essential for sustainable transformation. Through this process, I empower my clients to cultivate authenticity, inner strength, and meaningful self-discovery.

Years of working in wellness and human behaviour have led to a natural evolution in my personal, educational, and professional life. Currently, I am a doctoral candidate in psychology, integrating scientific research, nervous system regulation, and compassionate coaching into my work. My mission is clear—to hold space for individuals to grow, thrive, and create a life that honours their well-being and aspirations. Whether through coaching, writing, or research, my commitment remains the same: to help others develop resilience, clarity, and a deeper, more meaningful connection to themselves and the world.
