About My Services

Life coaching is a collaborative and forward-focused process that helps you explore where you are, where you want to be, and what may be getting in the way. While my coaching draws on deep insight and inner work, it is not therapy — I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, coaching offers a supportive space to increase self-awareness, shift patterns, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change in your personal or professional life.

I offer a person-centred approach that draws from Jungian life coaching, Polyvagal-informed principles, and nervous system-aware methods. Depending on your needs, sessions may include reflective inquiry, somatic tools, mindful goal setting, or guided visualisations — all designed to support clarity, meaningful change, and grounded resilience, in the areas of life that matter most to you.

My approach combines depth-oriented reflection with nervous system awareness. I draw from Jungian life coaching to explore inner patterns, symbolism, and subconscious beliefs — and from Polyvagal-informed principles to help you recognise how your physiological state influences your thoughts, behaviours, and relationships. For example, we might look at recurring dream themes or self-sabotaging patterns, while also exploring how stress or shutdown in your nervous system may be affecting your clarity, confidence, or ability to take action. This layered approach supports emotional insight, deeper self-understanding, and sustainable change.

Being Polyvagal-informed means understanding how the autonomic nervous system shapes our responses to stress, connection, and safety. This approach supports you in recognising your nervous system states and learning how to work with them — rather than against them — to build presence, develop regulation, and strengthen resilience in daily life. In both coaching and workplace settings, it allows us to move from reactivity into awareness, and from survival into connection.

Jungian life coaching is rooted in the principles of Carl Jung’s depth psychology. It explores the unconscious mind, inner archetypes, dreams, and personal symbolism to help you understand yourself on a deeper level. A key part of this work involves exploring the “shadow” — the parts of ourselves we tend to avoid, deny, or suppress. When brought into awareness, these hidden patterns can become powerful gateways for clarity, growth, and authenticity. This approach can be especially helpful when you feel stuck, disconnected from your purpose, or caught in repeating emotional or behavioural cycles. By working with both the conscious and unconscious aspects of the self, Jungian coaching supports deeper alignment, renewed self-trust, and a more meaningful connection to your life and work.

Individual Coaching

I work with professionals navigating transitions, overwhelm, or burnout, as well as those seeking deeper clarity, a renewed sense of purpose, and authenticity. Whether you are an entrepreneur, leader, creative thinker — or someone in a period of change — the process meets you where you are. Over the years, I have also supported athletes and high performers facing injury, early retirement, or identity loss, helping them reconnect with purpose and redefine their next chapter. My approach is grounded in compassion, with space to explore both what is challenging and what is emerging.

Each session is a 1-hour conversation held via Zoom and tailored to your needs in that moment. It is a safe, supportive space for you to slow down, reflect, and explore what feels most present. Sessions may include reflective dialogue, guided visualisations, gentle breathing techniques, or somatic inquiry — all grounded in nervous system awareness and a commitment to inner clarity and self-leadership.

Not at all. You simply need to be open to self-reflection and willing to explore what is meaningful to you. My work is grounded, accessible, and always guided by your pace, readiness, and personal context.

Workplace Seminars

Yes — I offer nervous system-informed seminars for organisations, including Everyday Resilience and Work Well. Live Well. These sessions support emotional regulation, embodied leadership, and sustainable team culture. They are designed to meet teams where they are, whether navigating stress, leadership transitions, or the pressures of high-performance environments. Each seminar blends practical insight with embodied tools, creating a space for teams to pause, reconnect, and build the foundations for long-term wellbeing and connection.

Absolutely. I offer a pre-session consultation to understand your team’s goals, challenges, and workplace culture. The content, tone, and practices can be adapted to suit your context — whether you are planning a leadership retreat, wellbeing week, or internal development session. Every seminar is designed to be both relevant and accessible to the people in the room.

Everyday Resilience is a 4-hour seminar that introduces practical, accessible tools for emotional regulation, stress awareness, and nervous system support in the workplace. It is ideal for teams in need of a reset, or those navigating pressure, change, or emotional fatigue. Even in a half-day format, the seminar creates space to pause, reflect, and reconnect — offering embodied strategies that can be applied immediately to support clarity, communication, and nervous system awareness.

Work Well. Live Well. is a 6-hour immersive experience designed to support deeper integration and meaningful reflection. It explores themes such as self-leadership, values-based decision-making, circadian and work-life rhythm, and holistic wellbeing. This seminar offers a more comprehensive journey — supporting not just how we work, but how we live, relate, and lead from within. It helps individuals reconnect with their energy, focus, and values, while giving organisations tools to nurture a more engaged, emotionally resilient, and values-aligned workplace culture.
